The anchor tenant at Green Horizon in Łódź, Infosys Poland, has extended the occupied space by additional 2,000 sqm, to the total area of 24,000 sqm.

Warsaw-based mixed-use complex Koszyki has attracted a new tenant – Hansgrohe, the company that, after 20 years of its presence in Poland, moves from Tarnów Podgórny near Poznań to Warsaw. The change of the headquarters is related to the company’s dynamic growth in the Polish market. The new office, with an area of about 400 sqm located on the first floor, will also include a showroom with Hansgrohe and AXOR products. In addition, Mindspace, a global operator of co-working areas, already present in complex Koszyki, has decided to extend its space by additional 750 sqm, to almost 4,000 sqm.
Warsaw-based Company House I office building where Philips’ headquarters are located has found two new tenants – Ingersoll – Rand Polska that will occupy over 1,000 sqm, and eConsulting that will occupy about 500 sqm. Ingersoll – Rand Polska is a producer and distributor of air conditioning, refrigeration, ventilation and heating systems, as well as automation systems for rent. eConsulting provides highly specialized IT services.
In addition, E-TOTO, a tenant at Warsaw-based Bliski Centrum office, located at Żurawia 8, has extended its office to 750 sqm.
